TECASINT™ 2021 is a polyimide (PI) grade filled with 15% graphite. It exhibits very good slide & wear properties, very good thermal stability, high thermal & mechanical capacity, resistance against high energy radiation, good chemical resistance, high creep resistance, outstanding wear resistance and sensitivity to hydrolysis in higher thermal range. Suitable for applications requiring improved wear resistance & lower coefficient of friction. Target industries include aircraft & aerospace technology, precision engineering, automotive industry, cryogenic engineering, conveyor technology, hot glass technology and mechanical engineering.
