VESTAMID® E55-S1

VESTAMID® E55-S1 by Evonik is a heat stabilized, light stabilized polyamide (PA 12) grade. Offers excellent impact strength at low temperatures, good hardness, good flexibility, high elasticity and good recovery. Exhibits low density, high chemical resistance, high solvent resistance, easy processing, easy colorability and easy overmolding. It can be decorated easily by means of heat transfer printing. It is free of volatile or migrating plasticizers. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. VESTAMID® E55-S1 is recommended for alpine ski boots, sports shoe soles, pneumatic lines, rolls and technical film applications.
