VESTAMID® L2141 black 9.7504 by Evonik is an electrically isolating, unfilled, high viscosity, heat stabilized, polyamide 12 resin. It contains lubricant, processing aid and light stabilizer. It is processed by injection molding and profile extrusion. It exhibits resistance to heat (thermal stability), UV/light/weathering & oil/fuel. This semi-crystalline grade displays low moisture absorption, exceptional impact strength, low coefficient of friction and good chemical resistance. It is suitable for the extrusion of tubing (e.g. fuel lines and semi-finishes products. VESTAMID® L2141 black 9.7504 is recommended for automotive applications. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
