VESTAMID® NRG 4101 yellow by Evonik is polyamide 12 resin. It exhibits high impact strength, environmental stress crack resistance and low sliding coefficient of friction. Offers a flexible encasement system that combines the advantages of polyethylene coating & cement mortar casing. It possesses high impact resistance & toughness, even at low temperatures and excellent wear resistance. The encasement materials can be used in horizontal directional drilling, soil displacement method with non-steered displacement hammers, dynamic ramming and plow technology. It is processed by extrusion. It is suitable for steel pipe protection. Recommended for industry & building construction, oil & gas, corrosion protection and encapsulation applications. VESTAMID® NRG 4101 yellow has a shelf life of 2 years.
