Bio-Flex® FX 1823

Bio-Flex® FX 1823 by FKuR is an opaque, biodegradable, recyclable polylactide (polylactic acid, PLA) blend. Exhibits low gauge, good tear resistance and outstanding moisture resistance. Contains 32% biobased carbon content (BCC) as per ISO 16620. Bio-Flex® FX 1823 is designed for blown film applications. Suitable for packaging goods with printed IR codes and visually attractive packaging for all types of printed materials. Certified as home compostable according to EN 13432 (at ambient temperature) with a maximum thickness of 12 μm.
