FORMPOLY® N6GF30LT by Formulated Polymers is a lubricated, chemically coupled, heat stabilized polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits increased toughness, higher tensile strength, easy molding with high impact, excellent mechanical & thermal properties, and low odor. Offers low shrinkage and excellent surface finish. Suitable for automotive and electrical applications. Used in radiators fans, terminal block, switch housings, instrument housings, insulation parts and chair base. FORMPOLY® N6GF30LT is also used in rear view mirror parts, door handles, wheel cover, gear housings and holder. Other applications include encapsulation, shroud, under bonnet parts, pillion handle, gears and cams.
