FORMPOLY® N6MS28 by Formulated Polymers is a self-lubricated polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin reinforced with molybdenum disulphide (MoS2). It is a heat & UV stabilized (stable to weather) grade exhibiting low odor, anti-friction properties, improved wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. Offers easy flow, best release property and good processability under a wide temperature range. Permits thin section molding and fast solidification. It can be processed by injection molding. FORMPOLY® N6MS28 is suitable for parts which cannot be greased in the applications like gears, sleeves, actuators and clutches.
