GEHR PA 12 TR®

GEHR PA 12 TR® is a transparent, UV stabilized polyamide 12 (PA 12) grade by GEHR. Shows high thermostability, bondability, temperature resistance from -40°C to 100°C, good weather resistance, high stiffness, high dynamic strength, highest hardness and very high toughness. Exhibits high notching impact strength, high heat deflection temperature, good damping ability and good glide. Offers high stress-cracking resistance, dimensional stability, size alteration by humidity absorption and high chemical resistance against organic solvents & fuels. Absorbs moisture or water which affects electrical and mechanical properties. GEHR PA 12 TR® is used in bearing parts, gear wheels, pump parts, sliding rails, castors, fittings and optical applications. Complies with EEC, NSF FDA and UL 94 HB flame rating.
