GEHR PVC-C®

GEHR PVC-C® is a flame retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade by GEHR. Shows high rigidity, strength and hardness at increased temperatures (+85 °C). Exhibits low stress cracking, high mechanical strength, tensile strength and low water absorption. Offers good insulation properties for electronics, bondability, limited UV stabilization and increased impact strength. Provides exceptional chemical- and limited weather resistance. Is self-extinguishing, easy to varnish & glue and can easily solvent, cemented and welded. GEHR PVC-C® is used in pumps and valve body, gaskets, bearing cages, pipe lines, hand lamp pipes and brush basic body. Recommended for parts in dental medicine, seat strips, profiles for cabin & fair construction, pipes for kerf mounting and lamp boxes. Complies with NSF/ANSI STANDARD 51 and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
