Terratek® BD4800

Terratek® BD4800 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a starch-based, biodegradable polyester grade. It possesses heat resistance, rigidity, pliability, strength and lower processing temperatures. It leads to energy savings and easy processing and taking on desired shape & color characteristics. This grade is tolerant to heat conditions ranging from moderate to high. It is processed by sheet extrusion. It is a proprietary blend of bio fillers, natural and synthetic polymers. This grade is made with ingredients which pass industry standards for composting. Terratek® BD4800 is used in food packaging, disposable cutlery, single-use items, organic waste containers, gardening & other agricultural applications, plant pots and mulch films. It contains 53% by weight biomass content.
