TB54I by Hanwha Total Petrochemical (Hanwha Group) is a highly crystalline, antistatic polypropylene (PP) grade. It is available in the form of pellets. Possesses superior flexural modulus, reduced material weight, surface hardness and tensile strength. Offers good procesability, scratch resistance, low shear stress and viscosity at high shear rates. Prevents part deformation and discoloration caused by interior heat in closed spaces. Can be processed by injection molding. TB54I is recommended for shrouds, temperature valves, air cleaner housings, engines and air-conditioning system parts.
