SOLARPOL® S-450

SOLARPOL® S-450 by Hyundai EP is a general purpose, expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade available in the form of beads. It is produced from polystyrene beads that are impregnated under heat and pressure with a light hydrocarbon such as pentane. Exhibits short cycle time, excellent molding and processability. It is insoluble in water & soluble in organic solvents. Suitable for processing by foaming and shape molding. SOLARPOL® S-450 is recommended for small parts packaging applications, electrical & electronic packaging materials and buoys. It complies with RoHS regulation.
