HIPOLEN P FY 5 by Hipol is a medium flow, polypropylene homopolymer grade. Exhibits good balance between melt strength & production rate. It offers high tensile properties and very consistent shrinkage after processing. It is suitable for processing by extrusion of flat and tubular films, intended for conversion into lighter denier stretched tapes, ranging from 1200 to 1300 dtex. The melt viscosity is optimized to achieve a low degree fibrillation strip, which ensures high processing productivity. HIPOLEN P FY 5 is used in yarn from stretched tapes instead of various vegetable fibers, like jute & coconut fibers, carpet backing, knitted bags, industrial heavy duty fabrics, mats, woven bags, monofilament for brush & broom filling and for technical application.
