POKETONE™ M63AS1B by Hyosung is a lubricated, general purpose, semi-crystalline, aliphatic polyketone (PK) grade. It is reinforced with silicone and UV stabilized. This cost efficient grade offers a high limiting pressure velocity ratio, low coefficient of friction and low wear. It provides toughness, moisture resistance and good fatigue performance. It can withstand short-term exposure to elevated temperatures. It exhibits high resistance to hydrocarbons and other chemicals. It has short cycle time and shows good mold definition with little or no warpage and low moisture sensitivity. It can be processed by injection molding. POKETONE™ M63AS1B is recommended for electrical, consumer appliance and other markets.
