23H430 is an autoclavable, additive free, general purpose, low-density polyethylene (LDPE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits good strength & dart drop resistance, good drawdown and low tendency to block. Designed for cross-linked foam as well as for blow-molding applications. If corona treatment is necessary, the level should normally be in the range 38-48 mN/m. Is suitable for a variety of general-purpose packaging films, liners, carrier bags and fine shrink film. It complies with the EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, & Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 for food contact applications. Also meets the relevant requirements of regulations including RoHS-2011/65/EU, WEEE-2002/96/EC, EoL-2000/53/EC, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, and REACH-Regulation No. 1907/2006.
