23L430 is an additive free, general purpose, low-density polyethylene (LDPE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits draw down ability with adequate neck-in & stable edges, good processability also at high line speeds and/or low coating weights, low fumes during processing, good adhesion on many substrates and good heat sealing properties. Shows good organoleptical properties, low permeability to moisture & gases, good scratch resistance, high purity and very low gel level. Can be processed using extrusion coating and injection molding. Recommended for packaging food & liquids, powders, medical devices, agricultural materials, chemicals and many other products. It complies with the EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, & Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 for food contact applications. Also meets the relevant requirements of regulations including RoHS-2011/65/EU, WEEE-2002/96/EC, EoL-2000/53/EC, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, and REACH-Regulation No. 1907/2006.
