Eltex® MED PH22D630

Eltex® MED PH22D630 is an additive-free, easily processable low density polyethylene (LDPE) grade. Can be processed using blow molding, injection molding, film blowing and extrusion. Designed for blow molding of soft & flexible packages for pharmaceutical products. Can be used in blow-fill & seal machines for the production of ampoules and bottles. Eltex® MED PH22D630 is produced in a high-pressure process according to good manufacturing practices and is not intended for heat sterilization applications. It complies with the European Pharmacopeia Monograph 3.1.4, USP29 guideline concerning the biological reactivity test in vivo (so-called USP Class VI), EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006. Meets the relevant requirements of regulations including RoHS-2011/65/EU, WEEE-2002/96/EC, EoL-2000/53/EC, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, and REACH-Regulation No. 1907/2006.
