Zylar® EX350

Zylar® EX350 by INEOS Styrolution (INEOS Group) is a methyl methacrylate butadiene styrene (MBS) grade designed for carrier tapes in electronics component packaging. It offers a good balance of stiffness and toughness which provides an optimal level of protection, support for electronics components. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It enables the creation of deeper and more rigid pocket designs compared to using a GPPS/SBC blend, making it a more versatile material that caters to a broader spectrum of market requirements. Zylar® EX350 ensures component stability, consistent & smooth peel-off strength performance and good transparency for the camera inspection.
