T50-800-01 is a general purpose, narrow molecular weight distribution, high density polyethylene copolymer grade. It is insoluble in cold water, hot water and octanol. Suitable for injection molding applications requiring a good balance of processability and end-use properties. Meets the Food and Drug Administration requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520. Complies with more Food Contact Clearances including EU Food Contact Compliance – Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, Health Canada, Health Products and Food Branch “No Objection” Letter and China’s Hygienic Standards for Uses of Additives in Food Containers and Packaging Materials (GB 9685-2008).
