ZYPEEK® 550CA30 by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a high flow, 30% carbon-fiber reinforced polyether ether ketone (PEEK). It increases the material's wear resistance, high temperature mechanical strength and thermal conductivity. It exhibits corrosion-, flame- and high-temperature resistance. It offers low smoke emission and self-lubrication. ZYPEEK® 550CA30 is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is used in valve, mushroom valve, seal ring and gear.
