ZYPEEK® 550GL30 by Jilin Joinature Polymer is a high flow, 30% glass-fiber reinforced polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin. It improves the mechanical strength while maintaining its insulation and wave permeability. It exhibits high temperature-, flame-, and wear- resistance. It provides dimensional stability, low smoke emission and excellent electrical insulation. ZYPEEK® 550GL30 is suitable for processing by complicated thin-walled injection molding. It is used in gear, isolation cover, valve and sleeve.
