Durethan® AKV30HRH2.0 901510 by LANXESS is a heat aging stabilized, hydrolytically stabilized polyamide (PA 66) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It possesses good electrical insulation properties, low friction, good processability and dynamic load bearing properties. It exhibits high stiffness and high mechanical strength. It provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance and attenuation of noise and vibration. It shows high resistance to heat at 170 to 200 °C over short term and 80 to 160 °C over long-term. It resists chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® AKV30HRH2.0 901510 is used in automotive sector like parts of cooling circuit like header tanks, cooling pipes and thermostat housings. Complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
