Durethan® BG 30 X 000000

Durethan® BG 30 X 000000 by LANXESS is a polyamide (PA 6) grade reinforced with 30% glassfiber and glass sphere. It possesses high mechanical strength, good electrical insulation properties, low warpage and high stiffness. It exhibits good toughness, low friction, dynamic load bearing properties and good processability. It provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance and the attenuation of noise and vibration. It shows high resistance to heat (170 to 200°C over the short term; 80 to 160°C long-term) and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Durethan® BG 30 X 000000 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include central electric housings, gas tank covers. Durethan® BG 30 X 000000 complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
