Durethan® DP 1801/30 H3.0 000000 by LANXESS is a halogen free, flame retardant, polyamide 6 (nylon 6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits improved impact strength, good stress cracking behavior, heat resistance, dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability, high abrasion resistance, low friction and dynamic load bearing properties. Shows resistance to fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Possesses high stiffness, high-gloss surface finish with high reproduction accuracy, high shock and fracture resistance, electrical insulation, easy processing with rapid solidification and fast cycles. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for manufacture of seat bucket and back (railroad applications), for massagers (tissue therapy), electronic applications etc. Used in automotive and electrical/electronic industries.
