LUVOCOM® 50/CF/10/TF/15/BK 100 by Lehmann & Voss is a polycarbonate grade reinforced with carbon fiber and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is electrically conductive and suitable for continuous discharging of statically-generated electricity. LUVOCOM® 50/CF/10/TF/15/BK 100 offers improved friction & wear behavior. It is suitable for highly dimensional stable precision parts, even at elevated temperatures & narrow tolerance range and strong & stiff parts. It is optimized for dry running operations. This grade is processed by injection molding. It is used in data processing machinery, precision engineering, film and photo industry, sporting and leisure goods and medical engineering. Also used in body and duty parts in office equipment, gear wheels and grippers.
