FR200GF by Lion Idemitsu Composites is a non-decabromo (bromine-based) compatible, high gloss, polyolefin-based composite grade. Exhibits low specific gravity, good heat-, weather & chemical resistance, high rigidity, good mechanical strength and electrical properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications could be home electric appliances such as LED ceiling light insulation plates, lighting parts insulation plates, IH cooking heater substrates, motor covers, cord reels, rice cooker bottom plates, air conditioner outdoor unit housings, microwave oven choke covers and electric fan motor covers. Can also be used in automotive harness/ corrugated materials & household equipments/ building materials like warm water wash toilet parts and gas appliance parts. Other applications of FR200GF may include industrial lithium-ion battery cover and battery containers.
