FR240-2 by Lion Idemitsu Composites is a non-decabromo, compatible, high gloss, polyolefin-based composite grade. Exhibits low specific gravity, good heat-, weather & chemical resistance, high rigidity, good mechanical strength and electrical properties. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Used for home electric appliances such as LED ceiling, lighting parts insulation plates, IH cooking heater substrates, motor covers, cord reels and cooker. Also used for air conditioner outdoor unit housings, microwave oven and electric fan. FR240-2 is designed for automotive harness, corrugated materials, household equipments, building materials like warm water wash toilet parts and gas appliance parts. Other applications include industrial lithium-ion battery cover and containers.
