FR970-1 by Lion Idemitsu Composites is a high gloss, non-bromine, flame retardant, non-antimony, polyolefin-based composite grade. Exhibits low smoke evolution, low specific gravity, good mechanical strength and electrical characteristics. Offers good heat-, weathering- & chemical resistance and high rigidity. FR970-1 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications could be air conditioner outdoor unit housings, fluorescent lamp end covers, domestic garbage disposal machine parts, cord reels and optical fiber cabinets.
