Alathon L4903 is a high molecular weight, high density polyethylene (HDPE) copolymer grade. Exhibits broad bimodal molecular weight distribution, excellent machine direction tear and low gel levels. It is insoluble in water and is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion. Applications include trash can liners and products requiring incorporation of PCR. It complies with the requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520.
