Aquathene FR439800X01

Aquathene FR439800X01 by LyondellBasell is a colorable, flame-retarded, compounded polyolefin catalyst masterbatch for use in moisture cure applications. Aquathene FR439800X01 is melt blended with Aquathene AQ120000 in a 35%/65% ratio respectively and crosslinked after exposure to moisture. It is suitable for wires and can be processed by extrusion. This formulation is typically used in low-voltage power- and control cable applications where UL44 specifies horizontal flame rating with 90°C service in wet locations. The grade is IECSC, ENCS, KECI, NZloC, PICCS and TSCA-compliant.
