ASI POLYETHYLENE LP 552-01 by LyondellBasell is a food contact acceptable, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) copolymer grade. Shows low temperature impact resistance, narrow molecular weight distribution, high stiffness, high toughness, good flow and high environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR). ASI POLYETHYLENE LP 552-01 is designed for processing by compounding and injection molding. Recommended for food storage containers, housewares, toys, caps and closures. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.1, TOYOTA TSM 5518G-2 and UL approved.
