Koattro DP 8911ME

Koattro DP 8911ME by LyondellBasell is a random copolymer of butene-1 grade with high ethylene content. Offers high flow, good thermal stability and medium stiffness. It increases open time and maintains mechanical integrity at higher temperatures (higher shear adhesion failure temperature or SAFT). Designed for melt blown processing. Koattro DP 8911ME is primarily used as a blend in the formulation of sealants. Typical markets include spunbound, staple fiber, textile, industrial, building and construction applications. It can be used in combination with a wide variety of non-polar resins and waxes. Complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.
