Microthene MP574189 is a water insoluble, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade. Exhibits excellent flow, impact and good stiffness. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for lids, closures, containers, housewares and medical items. Microthene MP574189 by LyondellBasell complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC, CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 and meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact applications.
