Moplen HP560Z by LyondellBasell is a high fluidity, polypropylene homopolymer. It is produced using a non-phthalate ziegler/natta catalyst. This grade possesses controlled rheology, very high melt flow rate and very narrow molecular weight distribution. It offers outstanding barrier/filtration properties. It is processed by extrusion, compounding, continuous filament/spinning, fibers and melt-blown. Moplen HP560Z is used in hygiene nonwoven, wipes/tissues and textile applications. It is used in the creation of face masks with the best filtration level providing the highest protection efficiency possible.
