Toppyl PB 8640M

Toppyl PB 8640M by LyondellBasell is a random copolymer of butene-1 grade with low ethylene content. It crystallizes slowly and its flow behavior is very sensitive. It forms a separate, well dispersed phase in blends with PE polymers. It can be used to modify PP sealing behavior or mechanical properties such as impact strength. Provides easy dispersibility, good heat seal, good optical properties, good organoleptic properties and good processability. Offers slow kinetics of crystallization. Designed for processing by blown and cast films. Toppyl PB 8640M is used in bags, pouches, peelable & specialty films, food packaging film, flexible & rigid packaging and secondary packaging. Complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.
