MasterBatch Antimicrobial TPU/GO-Ag by Medphen is thermoplastic polyurethane masterbatch reinforced with silver particles on pure graphene oxide. It is a powerful antimicrobial grade with complete biocompatibility to skin and mucosa contact.

It is hydrophobic material that emphasizes impact resistance as well as abrasion resistance to lipids, cleaning, and disinfectant agents.
MasterBatch Antimicrobial TPU/GO-Ag increases melting temperature (around 40 degrees), it can withstand the wide range of temperature without degradation.
Suitable for processing by injection molding.
Recommended for medical applications.
It complies with ISO 10993-1 and USP Class VI standards.
Recommended shelf life is 5 years.
