Megatal® J140 by Mega Polymers is a medium viscosity, general purpose acetal copolymer. Possesses higher specific gravity compared to polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and nylon. Exhibits inherent lubricious properties, exceptional wear and creep resistance. Is widely accepted as replacement over metal parts. Designed for processing by injection molding. Megatal® J140 is recommended for gears, pulleys and door latches.
