Iupilon® ELV2020 by Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics is a bisphenol-A based polycarbonate (PC) grade. It has 10% PTFE lubricant. It shows improved wear resistance, abrasion resistance, good flow, good heat resistance, optical transparency and optical diffusion. It possesses good impact performance, self-extinguishing properties, good precision molding properties and dimensional stability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Iupilon® ELV2020 is used in sports equipment, automobiles, optics, machinery, office automation equipment and electronic applications.
