NOVAPOL® TRx0535-U is hexene comonomer resin by NOVA Chemicals. Ideal for toys, recreational vehicle components, kayaks, stand up paddleboards and custom parts. It is a next-generation polyethylene rotational molding resin. It accelerates production, lowers cost and increases production flexibility. Shorter cycle time allows for lower oven temperatures and lot-to-lot consistency enables reproducible, high-quality products. Exhibits excellent processability and low-temperature impact properties. It reduces cycle time by up to 30% and expands the processing window by 15% or more over traditional hexene PE. Offers outstanding environmental stress crack resistance as well as warpage resistance for less scrap. NOVAPOL® TRx0535-U possesses industry leading natural color that yields aesthetically pleasing unpigmented parts.
