Nylacast Oilon

Nylacast Oilon by Nylacast is a self-lubricating, nylon 6 grade with a blended liquid lubricant system. Exhibits good dimensional stability, excellent mechanical-, thermal-, wear-, abrasion- and chemical resistance. Offers high impact strength, improved PV, reduced water absorption, improved coefficient of friction and stick/slip characteristics. It increases component lifespan. Designed for processing by extrusion. Used in petrochemical, construction, transport, bottling and canning, pharmaceuticals, steel mills, quarrying, mining, cranes, conveyors, offshore, food and food packaging. Typical applications include wear pads, support rails, sheaves, rollers, guide plates, bearings, spacers, pulleys, brake blocks, conveyor rail, pipe clamps, gears, bushes, wear strips and bespoke components. Nylacast Oilon complies with EC 1907/2006 (REACH), EU Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 2003/11/EC, UL 94 flame ratings and FDA regulations for direct food contact.
