OPaLene B48H03 by ONGC Petro additions is a high molecular weight high density polyethylene (HDPE HMW) grade. Is a very hard and abrasion resistant grade, exhibiting high impact strength. Provides higher temperature resistance, low coefficient of friction and superior water vapor barrier properties. Possesses low degree of branching, hence stronger intermolecular forces. Designed for blow molding method by slurry process. OPaLene B48H03 is recommended for small plastic fuel tank and chemical cans.
