LITEN® EL 50-014

LITEN® EL 50-014 by ORLEN Unipetrol is a high-density polyethylene grade with C6 comonomer. It exhibits unimodal molecular weight distribution, very good mechanical properties such as impact strength and toughness. It offers high chemical resistance at both normal and raised temperatures due to its non-polar character. It resists most acids, alkalis and salt solutions across broad range of temperatures and concentrations. It is suitable for processing by sheet extrusion. LITEN® EL 50-014 is recommended for black environmental landfills, geomembranes and waterproof film. It meets the Czech and European hygienic requirements for contact with foodstuffs. Complies with Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 38/2001 of the Journal of Laws, Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 1935/2004, Commission regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and REACH.
