PENTAMID® AHT GV30 H1 black

PENTAMID® AHT GV30 H1 black by Pentac Polymer is a black colored, heat stabilized, water insoluble polyamide 4.6 (PA 4.6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Possesses normal viscosity, easy flowability, low friction and better fatigue behavior. Provides higher melting temperature, higher crystallinity and a higher velocity of crystallization compared to polyamide 6 and polyamide 6.6. Offers higher water adsorption, good surface quality, mechanical strength, toughness and low creep tendency. Exhibits excellent hot oil-, temperature, water and chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications such as housings, fixation parts, gears, air intake manifolds, impact plugs, cooling water parts, gearshift housings and fan wheels. PENTAMID® AHT GV30 H1 black complies with UL 94 HB flame rating and meets with the requirements of European ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2009 and ISO 50001:2011 standards.
