Avantra® 8130 by Polymer Products Company is an ignition resistant, high impact polystyrene (HIPS) resin. It is a polybrominated diphenylether-free grade. Exhibits stiffness & good mechanical properties and offers an excellent balance of easy processing. Designed for processing by injection molding. Typical applications include television cabinets, business machine enclosures and appliance components. Avantra® 8130 complies UL94 flammability regulations.
