PRL PCSF-FR-G30

PRL PCSF-FR-G30 is an amorphous, foamable, self-extinguishing, flame retardant polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 30 % glass fiber. Exhibits good impact resistance, high heat resistance, good thermal stability, high upper use temperatures (HDT), good toughness, clarity, excellent dimensional stability and uniform shrinkage. Can be processed using structural foam molding. Applications include wiring devices, circuit protection, cable ties, connectors & terminal blocks, power equipment, flashlights, residential & commercial controls, signaling protection & communication, automatic detectors, traffic cameras, lighting controls & sensors, emergency lighting & exit signs, internal & external housings, industrial equipment, HVAC, building & construction, fluid engineering components, medical imaging product, medical devices-in-body & out-of-body, surgical devices, orthopedics, battery housings, and transportation. It complies with the RoHS regulation.
