PRL PCSF-FRG20

PRL PCSF-FRG20 is an amorphous, foamable polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 20 % glass fiber. Exhibits good thermal stability, high upper use temperatures (HDT), good toughness, clarity, excellent dimensional stability and uniform shrinkage. Can be processed using structural foam molding. Applications include wiring devices, circuit protection, cable ties, connectors & terminal blocks, power equipment, flashlights, residential & commercial controls, signaling protection & communication, automatic detectors, traffic cameras, lighting controls & sensors, emergency lighting & exit signs, internal & external housings, industrial equipment, HVAC, building & construction, fluid engineering components, medical imaging product, medical devices-in-body & out-of-body, surgical devices, orthopedics, battery housings, and transportation. It complies with the RoHS regulation.
