5003N1 by Polyrocks Chemical is a halogen-free, flame retardant, environmental polypropylene (PP) grade. Contains phosphorus and nitrogen as the flame retardant elements. Exhibits low smoke, low density and low corrosion. It improves the flame retardant efficiency by synergistic effect of the dual flame retardant effect of solid and gas phase and on the other hand, it works by accelerating melt dripping through the catalytic mechanism. Is suitable for processing by sheet extrusion. 5003N1 by Polyrocks Chemical is recommended for LED lamp, junction box, terminal blocks, smoke exhauster casing pipe and corrugated pipe applications. It meets UL 94 V-0 flame rating, RoHS, ISO 9001, SGS and ISO TS16949 regulations.
