PRE-ELEC® ESD 5500

PRE-ELEC® ESD 5500 by Premix is a static dissipative polypropylene (PP) grade. Exhibits extremely low amount of extractable ions and surface resistance, achieved with optimum processing parameters. Designed for injection molding and blow molding and blown film extrusion processes. Products made from PRE-ELEC® ESD 5500 are washable, reusable and recyclable. Suitable for manufacturing of bins, trays, bottles and bags where permanent electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and high cleanliness are required. Used mainly in electronics packaging. Complies with RoHS and UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
