Radilon® Mixloy

Radilon® Mixloy by Radici is a low density PA blend having PA 6, PA 6.6 and long-chain PAs as base materials. It is made from bio-source materials, thus increasing the added value of the products. Developed by blending polymers through Radici compatibilization technology which makes naturally immiscible raw materials miscible. It is an innovative solution for automotive interiors, exterior body and engine compartment parts. Designed for instance and FDM 3D printing applications. Also used in consumer & industrial sporting goods, household appliances & goods and electrical/ electronic equipment housings. It is characterized by good surface appearance and good dimensional stability. Exhibits excellent ease of processing, low water absorption, improved tribological properties, minimal shrinkage and low permeability barrier effect. Radilon® Mixloy offers high thermal-, chemical- and mechanical- resistance.
