Radilon® XTreme RV500HHR 3800 NER

Radilon® XTreme RV500HHR 3800 NER by Radici is a black colored, high temperature PA (polyamide) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It is also heat stabilized for continuous use at elevated temperatures. Exhibits highly improved thermal resistance in contact with hot air. Moreover, it can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for parts requiring high stiffness, good mechanical resistance, high exercise temperature and excellent heat ageing retention. Also suitable for applications in very severe temperature conditions, where the parts must endure long term contact with hot air until 220-230 °C. Markets include automotive (turbo air ducts, intercooler & end caps), electrical, electronic, technical, industrial, appliances, and transportation applications. Radilon® XTreme RV500HHR 3800 NER by Radici complies with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive).
